Build your body knowledge and confidence through dance. This class aims to make your dance workout more effective and fun. We’ll explore the science behind movement, form, and balance, all while dancing to the energizing beats of pop and Latin rhythms. By the end of 6 weeks, you will feel empowered to move confidently on any dance floor. No class on 5/26.
