Chalk Art Contest 2020

Come join us again in turning the sidewalks at Heritage Park into an outdoor museum of chalk art creations. All ages and levels of artists are welcome to come and create an original piece of art. The first 75 to pre-register will receive their own set of chalk. In order to maintain social distancing practices, artists will create their work on every other square of sidewalk. Additionally, there will not be a community box of chalk for participants to use. We will instead provide some prefilled bags of random colors, however, if you are not one of the first 75 to register, you are encouraged to bring your own chalk. We will have food trucks as well, so bring your appetite, your lawn chairs, and your imagination and come create some art with us! Contact Krissi.oden@flower-mound.com with any questions. Best in Show and People’s Choice awards will be given for each age group. Additionally there will be an overall award for Most Inspiring, Best Use of Color, Best 3D, and Most Unique. This is a free event, but pre-registration is required.
