Description:
This program is open to all swimmers ages 15 and up who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming. Our Fitness Instructor will challenge you with structured workouts, and help improve your technique along the way. Or, you are free to swim at your own pace.
This class is NOT swimming lessons.
