Description
Pre-Ballet classes are the perfect place for young dancers to experience the structure of a dance class. Students will be introduced to basic ballet terminology as well as begin working on fine motor skills. These classes will incorporate traditional ballet class elements as well as fun props and games to help them learn their left from their right, loud from soft, and much more.
Suggested Ballet attire:
- Girls - pink leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers
- Boys - white t-shirt, back pants, and black ballet slippers.
At our last class on May 21 parents are invited into class for the last 10 minutes to watch a short performance.
April 30 is Theme Week: Bring a friend to class!

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made after registering and prior to the start date of an activity will have a $5.00 administrative charge deducted from your refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued if you cancel out of an activity less than five working days from the activity start date. No refunds will be given once a class or program has started. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable.
