Description

To help ensure everyone’s safety and health, we will be following current protocols outlined by the PHMDC as it pertains to our programs.

Yoga practice is known to support a healthy body and mind, and in this multi-week yoga series you will work on finding mobility, stability, and strength. By incorporating functional movement techniques, you can expect a whole body practice designed to find more ease and freedom in the body. We typically start with warm ups, move into standing postures, and end with a short integrative rest. Various poses and gentle flow sequences will be taught. This program is accessible to all levels! If needed, a chair can be used for more stability. We will also do easy breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or other props for comfort.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made after registering and prior to the start date of an activity will have a $5.00 administrative charge deducted from your refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued if you cancel out of an activity less than five working days from the activity start date. No refunds will be given once a class or program has started. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable.
