American Canoe Association 2-Hour Journey

WHEN: Saturday, July 26, 2025

TIME: 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Philpott Lake is the perfect spot to develop your canoe skills. In this class you will receive professional ACA instruction as you paddle the calm mountain coves near Jamison Mill. After basic instruction, expect to spend 1.5 hours in the canoe and pass by picnic point (a remote picnic area only accessible by water). All equipment is provided. Please bring water and wear appropriate clothing. Registration Deadline: Thursday, July 24, 2025
