Molecular gastronomy is the mix of food science and culinary arts together. Join us as we apply food science techniques to produce delicious and unique dessert options. We will explore liquid nitrogen, spherification, CO2 in foods and more. This class will be a mix of demos and hands on experiences for everyone. Everything we make...we eat! Instructor: Yeli Marshall, Chief Chocolate Officer of Yelibelly Chocolates. Class will be in the Dodson House.
