We will explore liquid nitrogen, spherification, CO2 in foods and more. This class will be a mix of demos and hands on experiences for everyone. Everything we make...we eat! Instructor: Yeli Marshall, Chief Chocolate Officer of Yelibelly Chocolates. Class will be in the Dodson House.
