Description

The event begins with a chocolatier's amuse bouche (a chocolate appetizer) to whet your palette. We then move on into a guided chocolate tasting, where you and your friends will learn to use all five senses to enjoy and discover the flavor profiles of chocolate from different cacao-growing regions. While tasting chocolate, participants learn about how cacao is grown and turned into a delightful and melty treat you are enjoying. Instructor: Yeli Marshall, Chief Chocolate Officer of Yelibelly Chocolates. Class will be in the Dodson House.
