Waiver and Release of Liability:

I agree that I use City of Fairburn Parks and Recreation facilities; including Duncan Park and the Fairburn Youth Center, at my own risk and that Fulton County, the City of Fairburn, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable to me for any damages or injury, whatsoever, to my person or property arising out of or in connection with the use of, of presence in, Duncan Park or the Fairburn Youth Center. I the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fulton County, City of Fairburn, its employees, agents, volunteers, and officers from any and all claims or liabilities of any injury or death to any person or damage to property in any manner arising from the use of Duncan Park, the Fairburn Youth Center, or its amenities. I will comply with all the facility rules and recognize that bodily injuries and damages may result for the use of any facility.
