Description
Join us this fall for a Strength and Conditioning class for Middle School aged kids. This class is designed and taught by a certified personal trainer, and will improve all fitness levels by focusing on the foundations: mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, and performance. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises to develop or improve their own fitness foundation improving sports or everyday activities. COVID-19 protocols will be followed. Face coverings are required for all participants and instructor.
