Do you have back, neck, or hip pain and stiffness? Many pain issues are caused or worsened by old, dysfunctional movement patterns. Have you "tried everything" but never improved how you walk, reach, bend, etc.? Feldenkrais works with your brain's movement patterns, so there's no exercising or stretching in this class.
