Description



Join us for a full body workout targeting aerobic fitness, balance and muscular endurance. Participants work through 11 to 14 exercises for a set time, with little rest between exercises. The work out can be modified for your personal needs. New Set of classes will be emailed to you on Mondays while program lasts. instructor Rick Buyce.
