Description
SUNOL - Let's dye fabric using native plants (and some from the grocery store)! We'll take a walk to learn about botany and the dyeing process. Then dye something to take home.
For ages 7 and up. Registration is required for all participants, children and adults alike. Meet at visitor center. For info call 510-544-3249.

Parent participation is required. $5 parking fee may apply.
From the Fremont area: Drive north on I-680 and exit at Calaveras Rd. Turn right on Calaveras and proceed to Geary Rd, which leads directly into park.
From the Oakland/Berkeley area: Drive east on I-580 to the junction with I-680 in Pleasanton. At the junction, go south on I-680 and exit at Calaveras Road/Highway 84 just south of the town of Pleasanton. Turn left onto Calaveras Road and proceed to Geary Road, which leads directly into the park.
