MORGAN TERRITORY – Join us for a guided hike through Morgan Territory Regional Preserve to discover Bob Walker’s advocacy work and beautiful photography. Walker was an environmental activist, advocate for open space and EBRPD, and talented photographer. He was a leader in the LGBT community and helped create the Gay and Lesbian Sierrans of the Sierra Club. His legacy lives on as Bob Walker Ridge in Morgan Territory was dedicated to him shortly after his death.

9:30am-3pm, Saturday, June 7th

On this 5.5-mile guided hike you will discover the beauty and importance of this place as Walker saw it. Wear comfortable hiking shoes, bring walking poles, water, snacks, and lunch. Cameras are encouraged. Morgan Territory Road is a narrow and winding road, please drive with caution.
