Description
Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve - Discover the wonderful world of wildflowers at Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve. We will traverse the chaparral ecosystem in search of these colorful signs of spring. Be prepared to hike 2-3 miles on hilly, uneven terrain.
Best for ages 7+.
Program starts at upper parking lot at the end of Somersville Rd. and ends at the Greathouse Visitor Center. Heavy rain cancels.
$5 parking fee when kiosk is attended.
No registration required; this program is drop-in only.
