Description: 

Balance and recovery is emphasized in this class, while fine-tuning strokes on the run and during a rally. It is intended for players looking for competitve direction. Instructor placement is required and participants must be able to complete a 20-ball rally over the net before entering this class. Using a combination of QuickStart Orange and Green color balls, this class prepared players to enter Tournament Group Training Level 1. Prerequisite: QuickStart Tennis: Junior Stars. Instructor/student ratio is 1:3.
