Description: 

This class will help refine flip turns for both freestyle and backstroke. It will also teach swimmers proper touch turn techniques and go over underwater for all strokes/events. Starts will also be featured in this class for both freestyle and backstroke. This class is only in the sports pool and is held rain or shine, designed for advanced swimmers on or looking to join a swim team. Perquisite: completion of all stroke levels
