Biography:Courtney has been instructing fitness classes for over 20 years. She began teaching at the BGSU Recreation Center while obtaining her Elementary Education degree. A former kindergarten teacher for Olentangy, Courtney now teaches at Lifetime Fitness and provides in-home care for teachers’ children. Courtney is AFAA Fitness Certified and also certified in Yoga. Courtney lives in Dublin with her husband, 2 children and 2 cats and is excited to be a part of the DDC&G staff adding yoga and kickboxing to the schedule.
