BeMoved Level 1

BeMoved has become a popular and growing fitness program in the community! BeMoved Dance® is a 60-minute standing low-impact kinesiologist-reviewed movement class. You will experience BeMoved’s warm-up, genre, and cool-down. The warm-up infuses breath and movement in artistically choreographed sequences that activate core strength and balance while improving flexibility and bilateral coordination. The Genre section uses continuously engaging dance combinations to inspire dancers and dancers at heart. The cool-down brings your workout full circle, leaving you balanced in mind, body, and soul feeling rejuvenated.
