As a reminder to participants, parents & guardians; participants will be on a live video conference that may be recorded. Please read through the following guidelines to assist in maintaining a safe experience for everyone. You will be sent a link to join the Zoom class meeting. You should NOT need to set up a Zoom account or input any information EXCEPT for the participant’s first name and last initial. The meeting will be live and interactive. Please make sure the participant is in a quiet place where a parent/guardian can monitor the session and assist, if needed. Everything within the camera viewing area will be visible to the instructor and other students. Also, please be aware there may be online media that contain references, ads or links to materials from third parties. DRD is not associated with those third parties. Sounds & voices can be captured by your device’s microphone and heard by others in the Zoom session. The instructor may mute participants for portions of the session and may unmute participants during discussions or to hear questions. During live sessions, participants may hear and see anything within the audio and camera viewing areas. Please ensure all household members are aware of the class times and the camera viewing area. These sessions may be recorded for viewing by students who were unable to attend the session or for the attending students to take the class again on another day of the week. During the online class, all of the same rules apply as with in-person classes, i.e. listen to and follow directions from the instructor, be nice to one another, raise our hand if there is a question, take turns, and HAVE FUN, to name a few! If there are questions regarding the class and or the use of zoom please contact Kendra before the start of the class: 760-347-3484, ext. 263.
