Description
Gentle Yoga class is the perfect class to begin your yoga experience. You will learn the alignment of each pose, ways to modify to suit your physical needs, and how your breath is a tool for your practice. In Gentle Yoga we will move our bodies with intention and connect our minds attention to the deliberate movement. You are encouraged to be kind to your body and mind by tuning into how things feel and modifying as needed with gentle movement to help restore and tune into your body's needs. Yoga has many benefits such as, increasing mobility, strength, focus, balance, and has been known to help reduce anxiety and stress.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. If you have yoga blocks or a strap, you are encouraged to bring them as well.
