Snapology Summer Camp - Pokemania (half-day)

Summer Programs Cancellation Policy: We (Snapology) understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or transfer your child to another date or session. TRANSFER: Simply contact Snapology to let them know the new date or session for which you wish to re-enroll your child.

Refund: If you cancel before May 1, then you will receive a full refund less a $15 processing fee. If you cancel between May 1 and May 15, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund is provided if you cancel after May 15. No refunds or makeup days are provided for partially missed camp weeks regardless of the reason.

Medical Issues: We (Snapology) understand that medical issues may arise. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. Snapology will provide a full refund less a $15 processing fee if you submit a written excuse from your child's physician. Otherwise, Snapology is happy to transfer your child to another session.

Cancelation by Snapology: In the event that the activity is canceled, due to low enrollment or any other reasons, you will be refunded accordingly by Snapology.
