Description

Take your strength to the next level with this Intermediate class! Building on the fundamentals of Barbell Basics, this class will enhance your technique, increase your strength, and introduce more complex variations of the squat, deadlift and bench press. A minimum of 6 months prior experience with basic barbell movements is recommended.

Open to women 16+.
