For children under the age of 5. Our instructors follow a plan to introduce new swimming and water safety skills that are developmentally appropriate for young children. In Preschool Swim, your child is introduced to the basic skills including: entering and exiting the water independently, submerging the mouth and nose, supported glides on the front and back, rolling over from the front to the back with support. The ultimate goal for this level is gliding on the front and back independently, rolling over independently and swimming on the front independently.
