This class is challenging and includes the benefits by using everyday movement to build core strength, lengthen and tone muscle, increase flexibility, mobility and encourage weight loss. It is never too late to take control of your body so that aging does not get in your way!

If you have difficulty registering or need to cancel your registration, please contact the Welcome Desk at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Cancellations after registration closes will not be honored.

Guests of residents may now register for any fitness class once open registration closes (30 minutes prior to the class start) at the Saguaro Center Welcome Desk to allow residents the opportunity to register first. Please keep in mind that all guests will need to also obtain a Daily Guest Pass or purchase one for an additional $5.00 prior to the class starting. Daily Guest Passes are good for use one day only.
