Try to achieve swimming 100 miles in 12 months!

We keep track of your laps so you can see your progression each month

You can join at any point during the year

Use this as a way to achieve your swimming or fitness goals

Technique or swimming style does not matter

Win a prize if you swim 100+ miles in the year!

Keep track of your miles after each swim on the tracking sheet on the pool deck (ask the lifeguard if you need help locating this)

Participants who achieve 100 or more miles in the year will receive a t-shirt!

Our pool length is 25 yards

One lap is down and back (50 yards)

1 mile is 35.2 laps/1760 yards
