Yoga & Art Camp - entering grades K-2

This week-long camp offers children the opportunity to express themselves through creative art, mindful movement and play. Children will explore playful breathing exercises, fun poses, games, and mindful activities. Each class will include hands-on art projects and exploration.

Please send your child in comfortable clothes that allow free movement, a water bottle, yoga mat or towel and a snack.

Instructor Jen Eldredge is a RYT 200 hour yoga teacher and Kindergarten teacher who brings her love of yoga, art, learning and fun to each class!

Please note - this camp will now meet at the Weed Beach paddle tennis hut.
