Description
HIIT 2B FIT is high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Additionally, the majority of exercises are done in timed intervals so any fitness level can join.
Classes in Darien are M/W/F at 6am and 9:30 at Weed Beach!
(In case of inclement weather, classes will be held at another location or Zoom).
Sign up for one, two, or for best results, three classes per week. Any missed classes can be made up during regularly scheduled classes.
