Description: During this class, you will learn the practice of Kirtan Kriya, a several thousand-year-old practice, to possibly build, repair and utilize short-term and long-term memory. Many people recovering from brain trauma or living with short-term and long-term memory issues have had success in applying this 12-minute daily meditation and exercise. Learn breathing techniques for stress reduction; and chakra alignment to energize the physical body while calming the mind.
