Karate: Hakua Kai - Karate Do (Interm/Advanced)

Instructions in Japanese Karate will include learning the finer points of Kihon (basic techniques which include blocks, punches, kicks, and strikes) Kata (Forms) and Kumite (Sparring). Kids & Adults ages:6 - 65. Karate Uniform is required and may be purchased from the instructor. Mask and Social Distancing not required.

Note: "Exception" dates mean that Rm 14 may be the alternate room used for that class instead of the Merced Room.
