Caregiver Support Group

Caregiving is tough and you do not have to do it alone. Join other friend and family caregivers to learn about resources, share experiences, and enjoy a social outlet. Lead by the Caregiver Network of Sourcewise, a Santa Clara County resource agency for seniors, the group is for caregivers of adults 60 and older or someone of any age with a dementia type disease (Huntington's, early onset Alzheimer's traumatic brain injury, etc.). The Caregiver Network provides friend and family caregivers free support for their unique situations.
