REFUND POLICY

Activity withdrawals: Withdrawals must be requested in writing at least 8 calendar days prior to the start of the activity for a full refund.

Trip Refund Policy: Refunds for individual trip cancelations may be issued only if the individual space is filled from the waiting list. An administration fee of $10 for day trips will be assessed and the remaining balance refunded. For overnight/extended tours, please see the cancelation policy on the trip flier.

1-day Classes/Events: Refunds must be requested in writing at least 8 calendar days prior to start of 1-day class/event.

Aquatics Refund: Request of course withdrawals from aquatics classes must be submitted at least 14 calendar days prior to the start of the first class meeting. No refunds will be issued for aquatics classes if the request is less than 14 days prior to the first class meeting.

Transfers will not be allowed once the class has begun.

Course cancelations: Refunds will be issued if a course is canceled by Cupertino Parks and Recreation. Courses not reaching their minimum enrollment will be canceled.

Refunds by check: Refunds by check take up to six weeks to process. Original payments made in cash or check will be refunded as a check.

Refunds by Credit Card: If you paid by credit card, your refund will be applied to your credit card.

Refund Request: Requests must be submitted in writing and must include: participant's name, address, phone number, name and activity number of the class, and reason for withdrawal.

Separate Policies: There are no refunds for: Fitness passes and private music lessons. There are separate policies that apply to Preschool, Senior Center programs, Private ceramics lessons, and Sports Center Memberships.
