The Masters program provides early-morning swim workouts for competitors, as well as triathletes and general fitness swimmers. Our coach, Larissa Herold, will help swimmers meet their individual needs and goals.
Participants should be able to swim at least 100 lengths of the pool in an hour. Individual workouts will be provided. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this adult program . Please note: Each session has extra days, in case of closures.
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:20am OR 6:30-7:20am.
No Saturday Masters during the summer
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled swim time. You will not be allowed to enter the pool area prior to the session that you signed up for. Stay in your car or stand in the parking lot. There are orange dots on the parking lot to ensure social distancing. The guard will come to the entrance door and let you know that you can enter the pool area. A max of 15 (three per lane) will be permitted to swim at a given time. Upon entering the building you will sign in and then stow your shoes and coat in the designated area (white benches), then proceed to your assigned lane. Only registered swimmers will be permitted entrance into the building and use of a lane. No equipment will be provided however, you may bring equipment for your own personal use. The bathroom on the pool deck will be available as needed however, not for use as a changing room. Swimmers who do not comply with these procedures will have their privileges suspended.
