Please note if you are registered and are no longer able to attend, in order to receive a refund, someone must take your place.
Either you need to find someone that will register with the department, once they do we will process your refund. You must let us know that you want a refund and the name of the person that is going to take your place. They must then call or stop by our office to register and pay for their ticket.
OR
If you do not have anyone interested in your ticket, then the department can contact the people on our waiting list to see if someone is willing to take your place.
Come join us for a fun CHRISTMAS Day trip to New York City. We'll get you there and bring you home. While in New York, you will have the day to spend on your own!
See a show, go shopping, catch a ball game or just tour the city and enjoy the sights - it's up to you!
Itinerary:
Pick up Location: Culpeper Sports Complex, 16351 Competition Drive, Culpeper, VA
Pick up time 4:50am
The bus will be LEAVING the parking lot at 5:00am promptly.
We'll make a 30 minute stop on the way to grab a snack and stretch your legs.
Travel to New York City will be on a luxury Motorcoach provided by L.W. Transportation. Coach is equipped with restrooms, WiFi, and some electric outlets.
Arrive at Bryant Park approximately: 11:00am
ONCE IN NEW YORK YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN FOR THE DAY. DO WHAT YOU WANT - sightsee, visit a museum, see a show. The itinerary is yours to make.
From Bryant Park you are within walking distance to Rockefeller Center, Macy's, Radio City Music Hall, Museum of Modern Art, and much more.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DINNER BEFORE GETTING BACK ON THE BUS AS THE STOP ON THE WAY HOME IS ONLY 30 MINUTES.
Pick up at Bryant Park at 8:15pm
Make sure you have checked in with your trip host by 8:20pm at Bryant Park!!! The bus will pull up, we will all load and will be leaving at 8:30pm sharp!!!
We'll make a 30 minute stop on the way home to stretch your legs.
Arrive at Culpeper Sports Complex approximately 2:30am Sunday Morning.
Open to ages 6 years and older.
Anyone 6 years - 17 years must be traveling with a registered adult.
If the registered adult is not the parent or legal guardian (traveling with a friend, aunt, cousin, grandparent, etc.), you must download and have the parent / legal guardian submit the Trip Consent form by Friday, May 3rd, 2019 to our office.
When you register:
- PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION (phone number, cell phone number, emergency contact information of someone NOT traveling w/you) OF EACH REGISTERED PARTICIPANT TO ENSURE THAT IT IS ACCURATE.
- If you just set up your account, then please confirm that each person (including children) have an email address listed, and that you are not listed as your own emergency contact.
- If you already had an account, please go into it and confirm that your email, cell phone, and emergency contact information is still correct.
Bus Driver gratuities are not included in the registration fee.
Recommended gratuity is $3.00 per person. An envelope will be passed around once we are back on our way to Culpeper. Tips are at your own discretion.
Refunds:
- Before November 15 - no questions asked - just contact the department and request your refund.
- November 16 - December 1 - someone must be found to take your place.
- If you have someone that wants your ticket, make sure that they have set up an ActiveNet Account (they can do this online or by calling the department) You then need to contact the Department to request that your tickets be transferred. Transfers cannot be done unless the other people have an ActiveNet account
- If you do not have anyone that wants your tickets then contact the department and request a refund - IF we have a waiting list, staff will contact the next person on the list to see if they want your spot. If they do, and register, we will process your refund.
- Refunds cannot be process after November 16 unless someone takes your spot.
- After December 1st - No refunds will be processed.
Notes:Anyone 6 - 17yrs that is NOT traveling with their Parent (legal guardian), please download, complete and return the "Trip Consent" form. (desk top users: top right; mobile device user - scroll down)
