Description: 

This virtual parent-child class encourages motor development through song and play. Learn basic tumbling, stretching, balance, and locomotion skills to promote body awareness and coordination. Plan your at-home class space in an open area with a yoga mat or towel for both parent and child. Zoom link will be sent the day prior to the session beginning.
