This event is free and is open to NEIU students, staff, faculty, and NEIU Campus Recreation Members.

• Cardiac Health Information
• Postural Analysis
• Nutritionist Q & A
• Body Composition Assessments
• Personal Trainer Q & A
• Group Fitness Classes (Ongoing from 11 AM to 7 PM)
• Running tips and technique review
• Fitness orientations & healthy lunch tips
