Entrepreneurship for Creative and Performing Artists

DUE to the COVID-19 emergency, this workshop will be conducted online via ZOOM. The Zoom link will be provided to registered attendees through this website. This workshop introduces entrepreneurial concepts to assist artists in supporting their passion. Participants will be presented with an overview of business structures, business plan examples, and free or low-cost marketing resources, including email list management, website creation, social media integration, and crowdfunding tools. The workshop will include group brainstorming, discussion, and collaboration. Led by 20-year veteran of Chicago’s Lyric Opera and 10-year entrepreneur Rose Guccione.
