Active Alumni, Faculty/Staff, and Students: To receive the respective discount for your status, you must have your status verified as active Alumni, Faculty/Staff, or Student respectively. If the Alumni, Faculty/Staff, or Student does not have an account, they can click "login" at the top right hand corner of the Activenet homepage, enter NEIU email, and click "forgot password." A new temporary password will then be sent to the NEIU email. Then once the account is activated, rates for Alumni, Faculty/Staff, or Students will automatically be in effect.
