Description

Beginning Group Piano for Ages 55+

75 minute group lessons with Steve Zivin
This is an eight week non-credit class at Northeastern Illinois University with the option to continue each semester

8 Saturdays, January 12 through March 2, 2019
9:30 am to 10:45 am

This class is suitable for beginners with absolutely no experience or for those who may have taken some piano lessons previously, but want to begin again. Students should own or have daily access to a piano or 88-key digital keyboard to practice on between class sessions.

A Recreational Music Making Class (RMM)
RMM piano classes are taught in supportive groups and offer the following:
A stress-free environment, beneficial to your health and well-being.
An ideal setting for meeting new friends and having fun.
Your instructor will help you learn without frustration.

Students should order Musical Moments Student Book 1 by Debra Perez and Will Baily. We will need a certain minimum to run the class, so check with us before purchasing the book.
