Lifeguard Certification Course

The fee for this class is $300 for community members, $200 for current NEIU students. A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of registration to secure a spot in the course. If the participant passes the entrance test, the balance will be charged on the second day of the course. Registrants may pay in full online, or they must set-up a payment plan. Anyone interested in taking the course are to register before the course start date online, or by coming to Northeastern Illinois University Campus Recreation (3600 W. Foster Ave., Chicago, Illinois, 60625) Payment in full online or in person is required to hold the registrants spot and will be applied towards the full course fee. Class may be cancelled due to low enrollment, in which case registrants will be issued a full refund. All participants under the age of 18 will be given a parental consent form to sign upon registration and is due on the first day of the course.
