Mommy (parent) and Me classes: Play and Learn Series 102

This class is geared toward babies who are already sitting independently and are working on transitions - like getting in and out of sitting, moving into tall kneeling, and shifting into all-fours - preparing them for crawling. If your baby is a bit older but hasn't started crawling yet, this class is still a great fit! Our guided activities, led by a pediatric PT, focus on strengthening muscles and building confidence as your little one masters each new movement. We also share tips on how to incorporate playful practice during your baby’s wake windows, making the most of those alert, interactive moments. It’s a perfect way to support your baby’s progress while enjoying purposeful play and the camaraderie of fellow moms sharing the same journey.
