Exploring locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients is what this class is all about. Participants will prepare tasty and nutritious recipes using farm-fresh produce in unique ways. Even the most vegetable-resistant chefs will get excited about making a colorful veggie stir-fry, chocolate zucchini muffins, frittatas, berry crumbles, and more!
