Description
Gymnasts will learn basic skills and concepts on all events (vault, bars, beam, floor). These classes are designed to give the gymnast a solid foundation of strength and body awareness. Gymnasts will be evaluated every other session on skills required to move up.
*All gymnastics classes are held at Ascend Gymnastics at 1604 15th St. SW Suite 106 in Auburn.
