Description:
A total-body strength workout with short bursts of cardio. Designed to develop and define muscles, burn calories and boost metabolism, and improve your endurance. All in a 45-minute express class. Equipment needed: mat, dumbbells, and a loop resistance band (provided). Substitute dumbbells with resistance bands, soup cans, milk jugs, laundry soap, etc.
Classes will be hosted via Zoom live. You will need access to an internet connection.
