Description:
Basic yoga postures. Sun salutations with flow balance poses. Warrior series seated poses and relaxation. Equipment needed: yoga mat and blocks if you have them.
Need 4 people in order for the class to run.
Classes will be hosted via Zoom live. You will need access to an internet connection with a computer/laptop/iPad/iPhone/Android to view the fitness class. Download the ZOOM app or go to https://zoom.us/. You’ll be prompted to sign up, which is free but not required.
You’ll receive a link to join the fitness class via email. Please keep an eye out on your email before every class for a new link. Please stay muted during the session.
Substitute weights for resistance bands, soup cans, milk jugs, laundry soap, etc.
