Description:
Combine the fundamentals of Pilates with a barre workout inspired by dance, Pilates, and yoga. Tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Equipment needed: mat, waist high surface/chair and light weights but not necessary.
Need 4 people in order for the class to run.
Classes will be hosted via Zoom live. You will need access to an internet connection with a computer/laptop/iPad/iPhone/Android to view the fitness class. Download the ZOOM app or go to https://zoom.us/. You’ll be prompted to sign up, which is free but not required.
You’ll receive a link to join the fitness class via email. Please keep an eye out on your email before every class for a new link. Please stay muted during the session.
