Description
A strength based full body workout consisting of intervals, circuits, and functional movements to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, and agility. This workout uses a barbell, weight plates & body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups, burn calories and build lean muscle.
All fitness levels welcome.
