REFUNDS: Refunds and transfers will be granted to cancellations received 72 hours prior to the first class, unless otherwise noted in the program description. Failure to attend a program or "no-shows" will not be granted a refund. If you are not satisfied with any of our programs, please contact the program supervisor. Refunds can be credited to: 1) a credit card used to pay for original registration (credit may take up to 7 business days to process); 2) if paid by cash or check, a check in the name of the original payee (checks are processed within 2 weeks); and 3) CSD account - The Parks and Recreation Department will declare a refund on a customer account as an unclaimed credit when the refund has not been used or claimed within one year of the refund issue date. Unclaimed credits will be transferred to the Cosumnes Recreation Opportunity Fund. No cash refunds will be given.

RETURNED CHECKS: If your check is returned to the District for insufficient funds, you will be notified by phone/email to make payment of original check and District's $25 NSF fee within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in cancelation of registration/event. Customer will still be responsible for payment of $25 NSF fee.

WAITLIST: Anyone can waitlist at any time for individual classes. Waitlists are not rolled over from year to year, session to session, or class to class. It is the responsibility of the parent to place their child(ren) on the appropriate waitlist(s). If a client withdraws from a class thus creating an open spot, the first person on the waitlist is called and has 24 hours from the time of the call was placed to accept or decline the opening.

SUPPLY FEES: Some classes require a supply fee in addition to the registration fee. Supply fees are payable directly to the instructor at the first class meeting, so do not include the supply fee with the registration fee. Supply fees cover the costs for supplies needed to present or produce items, vary, and are included in the class descriptions.

Credit card transactions will appear on your bill as ACT*CCSD Parks Rec.
