Introduction to Foil Fencing (1x)

Learn the Olympic sport of foil fencing. Students learn how to move, attack, and defend themselves while learning about priority and right-of-way rules that are a cornerstone of foil fencing. Emphasis is placed on developing balance, coordination, and quick decision making. Classes are hands-on and highly interactive.
