Description: TAI CHI FOR HEALTH - Level 2
This style of Tai Chi was designed by Dr. Paul Lam for the Arthritis Foundation and is determined safe and beneficial for those with arthritis, limited mobility, recovering from injury, or other related range of motion difficulties. This practice improves balance and physical function while strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility. Ideal for any age or capability, it can also be done sitting. Level 1 knowledge of Tai Chi is necessary.
